The Beverly Hills Dossier is an independent digital newspaper about Beverly Hills, California. We cover City Hall and public safety, real estate and architecture, society, dining, style, wellness, the arts, business, and the city’s history, which we call The Record.

What we promise readers

• Sourced news. Every news story lists its sources, linked, at the bottom of the page. We rely on primary documents wherever we can: City of Beverly Hills agendas and releases, LA Metro, Los Angeles County records, and organizers’ own announcements.
• No invented people, quotes or numbers. If we can’t verify something, we don’t publish it. Read our ethics and sourcing policy.
• Fixes in the open. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the article they affect and listed on our corrections page.
• Clear commerce. Our two shopping sections, The Reading Room (books) and The Edit (products), are labeled. Any links we earn from are disclosed. See our affiliate disclosure.

The Dossier is published by its editors. It is the first in a planned family of city papers, and it isn’t affiliated with the City of Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hills Courier, Beverly Press, or any other local publication.
