Privacy Policy
Last updated Nov. 2, 2026.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date and time, and the page where you signed up. Nothing else is required.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we store what you send: your name, email address and message.
- Basic server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party ad cookies.
- Spam protection. To stop automated abuse of our forms, we keep a temporary counter linked to your IP address. It’s deleted automatically after about an hour.
Where it’s stored
Sign-ups and messages are stored in our own database on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We don’t sell, rent or share your email address. As of this update, we don’t send it to any third-party email service. If we move the newsletter to an email provider, we’ll update this page first.
Your choices
- Every newsletter will include a one-click unsubscribe.
- To have your email or message deleted, use the contact form and ask. We’ll delete it.
Children
The Dossier is intended for adults and doesn’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
